    • Led prototype design and plan for demonstration electrolyzer with aggressive milestones

    • Presented concept design of high-temperature (700°C), molten salt heating and transfer system, this included valve and material selection, maintaining pressure of hot gasses, diagrams, implementation, and risk mitigation.

    • Created 130+ wire harnesses in CREO for junction box rerouting and Accelerator upgrade

    • Designed and releasing drawings for tray assembly including 600+ parts and subassemblies

    • Designing and analyzing seismic restraint system for electrical rack installation

    • Created biomass processing procedure for onsite operators involving gui operation, tractor and tub grinder maintenance, and coordination of 13 subsystems

    • Procured, fabricated, and tested flow meter system to measure N2 flow rate with temperature sensors and pressure transducers

    • Researched, designed, and fabricated biomass hopper for efficient mass flow transfer

    • Updated 5+ P&ID schematics for pyrolysis and gasification systems

    • Created 10+ component drawings, updated 20+ component and assembly models and drawings for the development of next-generation LiDAR sensor 

    • Designed, modeled, procured, and integrated 4 test fixture assemblies for multiple versions of the product, adapted for 3 different test stations

    • Assisted with hands-on assembly and design iteration of sensor prototype

    • Functioned as Mechanical Engineer Lead designing optical system with multiple assemblies and optical elements for passive LiDAR satellite proposal

    • Developed Dewar models and assemblies for future infrared sensor payloads designed for commonality across many mission and customer needs

    • Completed 50+ part and assembly drawings of cryo-cooler product for flight from modeling to flight release in Electronic Product Data and Management (EPDM) System

    • Drove completion of 60+ requirements of NASA flight program as Systems Engineer

    • Assisted in the successful operation of the Thermal-Vacuum Test for a flight payload 

  • Mechanical Engineer Associate   2013 – 2018
    Lockheed Martin MFC   Goleta, CA​

    • Acted as Mechanical Lead in collaboration with multiple cross-functional team members for full camera redesign, requirements definition, build, tool design, and demonstration

    • Designed, analyzed, and iterated 10+ optical components across multiple programs

    • Performed structural, thermal, and vibration analysis on 15+ Dewar components

    • Drafted and Eng. released 50+ part and assembly drawings for demonstration Dewars

    • Promoted to Level 2 Mechanical Engineer at the end of 2014

    • Documented, assembled, automated, and maintained 2 vacuum production and test systems utilizing LabVIEW and various power and sensor reading modules

    • Built 10+ large format Dewars (worth about $500k) by hand using high precision tooling while updating build instructions for future operators
